“Zoom Up Your Mood:” Effectiveness of Online Therapy

The COVID-19 pandemic altered daily life, and mental health services had to quickly adapt to meet the needs of those struggling with mental health challenges. The study’s on the effectiveness of the ways therapists adapted, primarily by switching to video sessions and group intervention when caseloads became overwhelmed, are just beginning to emerge.
